Returns and Refunds Policy

Any goods or services supplied by Gutter Cleaning Machines are supplied with a 7 day cooling off period. If you should change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs), as long as the product is returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition, including the undamaged product packaging, complete with all instructions and any extra batteries, spare parts, accessories etc.

Please understand, that we cannot accept a return on an item that has been used, or with damaged packaging, or missing parts. If our returns department cannot accept your return, we will return the goods back to you and an additional delivery charge may be incurred.

These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
